An opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic Registered nurses to join Ashton ward an elective and trauma orthopedic ward at Kettering General Hospital
It is a 24-bedded ward based over 2 floors caring for both elective and trauma patients. The primary focus is on patient care post-surgery or management of their condition. Full and part time hours are available.
The post holder is expected to work closely with all disciplines to ensure the promotion of high standards for all patients requiring all aspects of nursing care, following appropriate training encompassing a variety of specialities.

The role of the nurse is to provide a holistic, high quality, patient focused, comprehensive, efficient and safe service for the patients cared for at Kettering General Hospital, acting with responsibility, accountability and integrity, reporting adverse events and poor practice to the person in charge. The nurse would be expected to use resources and engage in change and service improvements effectively and responsibly.
