Working as a Regional Nurse Manager within the Complex Care division you will apply for and maintain the CQC registration, assuming the role and responsibilities of the Registered Manager for the designated location. You will ensure high quality standards of care are achieved and maintained, through effective recruitment and management of highly skilled and competent team of clinical and care professionals. You will be responsible for the line management of the local team of Nurse Managers, Field Care Supervisors and Bookings Coordinators, and will be working closely with the Clinical Operations Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead.
About the role
- Working as a Regional Nurse Manager in the Complex Care team, you will apply for and maintain a CQC location registration, assuming the role and responsibilities of the Registered Manager.
- You will be responsible for the line management of the Sussex Nurse Manager Team working closely with the Head of Complex Care and the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
About you
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN number.
- Leadership and Managerial experience or working towards a qualification.
- Experience of assessing and coaching others.
- Community experience.
- Experience of looking after clients who require ventilation as well as other complex health needs such as PEG/PEJ feeding, Tracheostomy, Ventilation, PICC lines and catheterisation.
- You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.
