Job description
Medication administration assisting with admissions and discharges. Working alongside Advanced care practitioners , doctors , occupational therapy and physiotherapist. Patient general nursing care.
To provide effective patient care whilst working as a member of the nursing team across East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust (EKHUFT). To ensure the maintenance of high standards of patient care in response to service needs.
The post will require the holder to work on other sites within EKHUFT, in order to meet service requirements and to ensure that staff maintain and develop their skills.
