Hendra Court is a 50-beded dual registered Nursing and Residential home.

Main duties and Responsibilities
- To be aware of the social and medical needs of each resident.
- To take responsibility for those care plans by assessing, implementing and evaluating each resident medical, psychological and social needs on a regular basis or as needs change and as the Company Policies and Procedures indicates.
- To lead and supervise a team of health care assistants in carrying out their roles and responsibilities.
- To participate in appropriate learning and practice activities that maintains and develops your competence and performance.
- To undertake drug rounds at prescribed times – ensuring sufficient drugs are available for following 24 hours.
- To carry out nursing procedures as necessary; which may include Venepuncture, blood glucose monitoring, blood pressure measurement, temperature measurement, urine testing, Catheterisation and wound management.
- To take charge of the home in the absence of the Home Manager and the Deputy Manager.

Pay Rates: Nights
- £22.00 per hour
- £27.50 per hour on Weekends
- £44.00 per hour on Bank holidays
Pay Rates: Days
- £21.00 per hour
- £26.25 per hour on Weekends
- £42.00 per hour on Bank holidays
