Alexandra Mill in Crewe is a purpose built care home opening Summer 2023.. We are looking for new team members to join us.
We ask questions, listen, and discover things that really matter. We come up with imaginative ways to recreate a homely environment where residents can continue to enjoy pastimes they love and find some new ones too living in a way which will ignite their spark, a sense of purpose, sustain a sense of identity and stretch the mind and muscles as well.

Requirements
- Ensure the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at the highest possible standards.
- Complete physical and psychological assessments of new residents on admission.
- Create individualised care plans for residents.
- Update care plans on a daily basis.
- Safely administer medication and keep records.
- Liaise effectively with external suppliers and health care providers.
- Monitor and developing the performance of Care colleagues.
- Ensure effective rotas are in place.
