£40,000-£43,000 per annum + £5000 welcome bonus

Overview
Compass Associates are currently working with one of the UK's leading national providers within Residential and Supported Living care. We are looking for a Registered Manager to overlook the running of a Children's Residential Service specialising in Learning Disabilities in the Liverpool area.

This exciting role involves the overall responsibility of the service, reporting to and working alongside a very hands on Regional Manager, where you will be taking on the Ofsted Registration for a settled residential home.

As the Registered Manager, you will have the chance to develop and improve the service with a vision to eventually propel it to Outstanding and work alongside equally passionate colleagues trying to make a difference to the service users' lives.

Work Pattern
Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week

Location
The position is based in Liverpool and commutable from Everton, Birkenhead and St Michael's Hamlet

Criteria

  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or someone willing to work towards
  • Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager for a similar setting or a Deputy looking for their next step
  • Background of working with Children with Learning Disabilities
  • Good people management skills
  • Knowledge of the Ofsted standards
  • A role model, providing exemplary support and advice to promote good practice
  • Exceptional communicator, team player, em pathetic and excellent people skills
  • Clear DBS / CRB
Interview Process
3 stages, 1st stage is an informal Telephone chat with the Regional Manager, followed by an informal coffee meeting with the Regional Manager and finally a formal MS Teams interview with the Regional Manager and Director.

The role is paying up to £43,000 plus a £5000 welcome bonus, as well as:
