Rosewood Lodge is an established 19 bed residential care home for Older People and Dementia.,
We are looking for an experienced manager who is efficient, organised, and has strong communication skills. You must be able to prioritise and use your initiative to put forward proposals for necessary changes, be both flexible and adaptable and possess excellent people management skills. Developing relationships both internally and externally, you will be committed to providing the best possible outcome for each individual within the home and work in the line with the organisation's ethos and values.
Above all you are able to demonstrate empathy towards older people and have an understanding of their needs
The main duties will be to manage all aspects of the Care Home ensuring its efficient and effective operation, ensuring that Resident's remain at the centre of the care provided and the home is running inline with Cqc requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £30,000.00 per year
