Dogs Trust has exciting plans to grow its reach and impact over the next ten years with the launch of our new organisational strategy. In fact, we’ve been helping dogs for over 130 years. In that time, we’ve found forever homes for hundreds of thousands of our faithful friends, dramatically reduced numbers being put to sleep, and helped to all but eliminate strays from the UK’s streets. We've also established universal microchipping, campaigned tirelessly on important issues such as puppy smuggling and grown influence and impact on the international stage. But we know there’s so much more to do. There are still millions of dogs - and people who love dogs - around the world who need support.
Our Supporter Relations teams across the country promote the work of Dogs Trust engaging with key audiences across the community and providing first class customer service to all Dogs Trust supporters. And we are now looking for a Regional Supporter Relations Manager to lead the team across South-East of England.
You will manage the team dispersed at different rehoming centres ensuring successful delivery of their KPIs to maximise projected legacy income generation for Dogs Trust, enabling the team to continue their effective stewardship of existing and new legacy pledgers.
You will monitor and evaluate Supporter Relations activity to deliver continuous improvement as well as ensuring the continued impact development of Dogs Trust across their region by their organisation of supporter events, talks and rehoming centre tours alongside the delivery of the Dogs Trust village at the nationwide DogFest events throughout the year
An experienced manager you will have a good understanding and knowledge of legacy marketing alongside strong communication skills and passion for excellent customer service.
