Responsibilities
Toptracer Range is a camera-based ball-tracking technology and gaming platform that transforms the
driving range experience for consumers and the businesses for driving range and golf facility operators.
The candidate will be responsible for Toptracer Range sales in the standalone range and public golf course market for the East of England. The candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial range market, sales process, and golf range operation. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong prospecting skills, and the ability to showcase the Toptracer Range offering in a compelling way. The successful candidate must be a passionate and proactive in driving the awareness and qualified interest of Toptracer Range. It is essential the candidate be personable and professional, be extremely well organized, detailed oriented and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role reports directly to the Regional Sales Director.
Responsibilities
- On business performance to influence key business decisions around labour, sales forecasting or profit / loss).
- Represent Toptracer Range products and services with a deep and comprehensive understanding identifying how Toptracer Range solutions meet the needs of the customer and consumer.
- Responsible for securing and onboarding new clients, looking after, upselling, and servicing the clients, in addition to renewing them as clients with Toptracer at the end of their contracted terms.
- The Regional Sales Managers are the face of the community, and have regular calls with almost every department at Toptracer from finance to Product to TRMS to Marketing, Operations and Support etc). These departments are to be updated with feedback as to what the Regional Sales
- Managers are seeing and hearing within the regions and community. The Regional Sales Managers are responsible for building trust with our Toptracer client base.
- Meet quarterly sales targets through successful implementation of the sales process .
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage prospect lists, track detailed activity and accurately report on each individual prospect’s sales status through the identified sales stages
- Generate leads by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on potential customers in the Private
- Club and Resort Sector
Essential Functions
- Qualify leads by successfully researching the potential of each individual facility, identifying decision makers, and holding deep dive discovery calls to understand client needs.
- Support Product and Marketing with onboarding but responsible for ongoing field training (this includes marketing, business models and data analysis to assist with ROI, TRMS, game training etc) as well as ongoing field training for best practice documentation.
Qualifications
- This role is UK based therefore we invite candidates with immediate right to work status in the UK to apply. We will require proof of right to work in the UK.
- Education Level (e.g. HS Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, etc.)
- Education Details (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, etc. Degree Bachelor’s Degree 3 – 5 years or practical experience.
- Experience Details (e.g. Financial modelling, Leading cross-functional teams, etc.)
- 5+ years Golf Industry Related Sales would be preferred
- 3+ years Private Club Sales
- 5+ years Prospecting
- 5+ years Prospect Qualifying
- 2+ years Salesforce CRM Management
- 3+ years Negotiation
- 3+ years Navigating decision maker
Critical Skills
- Knowledge, skills, abilities or other characteristics that are required in order to perform the Essential Functions (e.g.
- Advanced Statistics – expertise in manipulating large datasets and performing advanced statistical analyses, etc.)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new prospects daily

What we offer:
- Base salary £35,000-£45,000
- OTE up to 35%
- Car allowance (£500 per month + mileage)
- Work Location: Hybrid (Home office / Field based – East of England)

Travel Requirements
50% Travel required for face to face meetings with potential customers, industry networking events, and sales events.
