We now have an exciting opportunity for Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales Department.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:
To assist the Group Sales & Business Development Director in strategy and budget planning, tracking key account metrics, whilst always looking for new opportunities
To be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the hotels across key corporate market segments both within the local area and nationally with a key focus on Aparthotel Birmingham. This role will be targeting new business with a focus on the long stay corporate & project accommodation, consortia and group business. This may be change due to business demands.
This role will involve researching into new corporate opportunities, including project based requirements, tv, music, media and touring opportunities, corporate relocation, educational, retail and healthcare groups and networking locally and nationally to hunt for new business.
Plan & co host monthly hospitality events for the corporate segment: to include local bookers, utilising the arrival reports and GDS tools with the intention of thanking current corporates and looking for new opportunities.
Analysis of arrival and new reservation reports to identify new opportunity.
To identify new corporate clients from Hotelligence Agency 360 reporting.
