- Motivate your team to achieve the core company goals relating to policy volume, premium and profit.Ensure your Region is offering the best possible service to our dealers and their customers across the services
- Grow the volume with independent and smaller franchised dealers. Develop and implement a strategy for customer acquisition of Regional Franchised Dealer Groups.
- Plan the launch of new products in your Region
- Manage your Team, ensuring cost control and profitability remain at the heart of your teams Dealer development activities.
- Provide best practice on the management of Burn Rates
- Manage Debt in conjunction with the Finance department
- Ensure effective use and management of the CRM systems and processes.
- Report on core KPI for your Team and Region

This position will be responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring that the company meets or exceeds sales goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment, be self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and be able to work with a diverse group of individuals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the sales team including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage the sales process from order placement to close.
- Ensure that the company meets or exceeds sales goals and objectives.
- Assist in developing new business opportunities within the market.
- Work with the Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase awareness of the {{ORGANIZATION}} brand.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. High School Diploma required. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems a plus.
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £75,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
