The team at NET Recruit are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic progressive HVAC manufacturing business operating nationally, to assist them on their ongoing search for a talented, driven and charismatic Regional Sales/Account Manager to look after the South and Midlands region of the UK.
Over the last few years, the business has begun to immerse itself in several markets across the sector, including both selling and hiring out the HVAC equipment that it produces to many large business to fill both their short term and long term needs. The business prides itself on being able to fulfill these customer needs, no matter the scope and time restriction, to ensure their client base have always go access to the best HVAC cooling storage equipment for their ongoing operations, short term emergency cover and also provide ongoing maintenance services as well.
The business is searching for an individual who can oversee the hire and rental function at a regional level, who is talented at creating and maintaining strong working relationships and opening the business to new opportunities for further sales and expansion.
Your Role and Responsibilities
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Attaining and managing large regional customer accounts, ensuring a strong sales pipeline
- Building strong business relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understanding and communicating the hire and rental services provided by the business, highlighting the benefits to clients thoroughly
- Driving the sales and success of the equipment hiring and service product lines
- Proactively identifying opportunities for future business development
- Travelling to customer sites to present and demonstrate purchasable and rental cold storage solutions
- Growing and developing a team of sales professionals to manage in order to expand the service line
What you will need to Apply:
For this crucial position, the business is seeking a highly charismatic and experienced HVAC sales professional, with a demonstrable ability to close sales and take advantage of new business opportunities. Candidates MUST have prior experience and a good understanding of the rental market for cold storage systems and units, in order to provide a sound narrative on the product/service when selling to customers. Attitude and communication abilities are the main skill set within this role and as such the company is searching for naturally gifted sales individuals who are able to capture the attention of potential customers easily and have a good rate of conversion to closed sales deals.
What you will get in Return:
The candidate who finds themselves successful within this position would be entitled to a starting salary of up to £60,000 which would be dependent on previous experience and market exposure. This position comes alongside a 30% bonus and a plethora of other benefits including excellent holiday allowance, pension contribution and financial incentives and perks.
