- We're offering a salary from £40,631 to £47,800 plus banking benefits
- Although most of your time will be spent working from home or meeting clients, you’ll also spend up to two days each week, or as required, working from the office to collaborate and connect with your colleagues
What you'll do
As a Regional Relationship Manager, you’ll harness your passion for exceptional customer service to champion the business ambitions and financial needs of a portfolio of SME business banking customers.
To truly understand your customers and deliver the right outcomes for them, you’ll nurture positive relationships built on strong foundations of trust and respect. And through our omni-channel contact model, you’ll maintain regular contact and provide outstanding support and advice in a way that’s convenient for them – primarily in face-to-face meetings, over the phone, on a video call or via email, but also through our digital channels too.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Studying towards a certificate in Lending Skills
- Completing risk assessments to deliver informed credit decisions
- Preparing accurate reports to support credit applications
- Adopting and sharing best practise to achieve KPIs, including financial and non-financial metrics
- Undertaking analysis, research and practical support to enhance our service proposition
- Proactively collaborating with our SME business to identify improvements

A Certificate in Commercial Lending Skills is a professional qualification that’s widely recognised across our industry, and designed to equip you with the knowledge, understanding and skills relating to the commercial lending environment in our digital age.
With 24 months to complete your studies, you’ll have the ability to tailor a journey to your own individual learning needs too, which will combine self-study in the form of workbooks and e-learning, and workshops.
