We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Aftersales team as a Regional Performance Manager on a full time permanent basis covering Milton Keynes, East Anglia and the Midlands region.
Reporting to the TPS Performance Sales Manager, the Regional Performance Manager is responsible for delivering the budgeted TPS sales and profit result though the tactical and strategic leadership of the TPS Centres in your region.
Key to the role will be your strong relationship building and communications skills to work with centre managers and other stakeholders, both external and internal. Responsibilities include, customer satisfaction, managing key performance indicators, resource and service levels to ultimately ensure achievement of individual centre and region targets.
To be successful you will have a strong commercial mind, be target driven with an analytical approach, have strong communication and relationship building skills with a passion for all things people related.

One Aftersales is a team of aftersales experts working with colleagues across Volkswagen Group UK to ensure the successful delivery of the Group's ambitions, whilst leveraging synergies. There are four departments – Service & Technical, Aftersales Business Development, Group Parts Logistics and Group Parts Operations (GPO). Within GPO, there are 82 Trade Parts Centres (TPS) providing a high-quality Genuine Parts and products which ensure our trade customers can service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles to the quality expected; there are also 175 Volkswagen Group approved Paint and Body Centres, providing the very highest quality repair solutions for every car that the Group produces.
