Regional Operations Manager

We seek a highly motivated Regional Operations Manager to work at the heart of this exciting business.

The Regional Operations Manager is a full-time and permanent position.

  • Starting: ASAP
  • Working Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 18:00 - mobile at least three days of the week.
  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year + car allowance
  • Remote working

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the relationships and performance of all fleet and warehouse partners within a defined region.
  • Assist in developing the regional fleet and warehouse network to ensure sufficient available resources to meet the demand.
  • Lead the training and operational readiness of all partners within the region always to ensure the highest standards of quality.
  • Review partner performance against KPIs and quality guidelines and, where necessary, swiftly intercede with corrective action.
  • Daily liaison with the operations team to ensure feedback is being relayed both to the partners and operations team to improve operational performance
  • Regular liaison with the product and tech teams to ensure all LOVESPACE operational products adequately support all partners to achieve success
  • Visit all partners within the region on a regular and scheduled basis.
  • Feed into the more expansive site and service improvements based on operational knowledge of the business.
  • Be an ambassador for LOVESPACE and its customers.

  • Must be an excellent communicator and capable of completing site visits and running training sessions
  • Must have the necessary gravitas and maturity to interact with individuals across all roles within a business
  • Must be confident interacting with technology
  • Confident and flexible self-starter, capable of operating and managing in a dynamic environment

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • A full UK driving license
  • Capable of being mobile at least three days the week
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing and communication skills and attention to detail
