About The Role
We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to support our residential, dementia and nursing care homes situated across the South of England.
Permanent opportunity – Full time, 40 hours per week

Travel will be expected across your portfolio of Residential Care Homes (which will include Dorset, North Devon, Somerset and West Sussex)
As a Regional Operations Manager you will be part of a progressive management team with an ambitious mission.
Reporting to the Director of Residential Care, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our Home Managers and their teams to deliver the highest possible standards of care to our residents.
Your track record will speak for itself, with considerable experience of providing strong operational management together with commercial awareness of the residential care sector and knowledge of the CQC’s inspection process and rating criteria.
Key responsibilities include you;
- Effectively leading, inspiring, and coaching a group of Registered Home Managers.
- Ensuring services are managed in accordance to agreed objectives including meeting operational targets, maximising income, reducing agency spend and managing budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and taking prompt and effective remedial action to address any issues affecting the quality of care,
- maintaining good working relationships with relevant outside organisations and agencies, including local authorities, and to develop appropriate operational links with other independent and statutory organisations and;
- ensuring full mandatory training compliance.
