SENIOR REGIONAL MANAGER - SECURITY
We are looking for a professional individual with at least 5 years of security management experience to manage our existing security businesses in the UK and ideally based in Berkshire.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence
2. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
3. Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
4. Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them
5. Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics
6. Providing daily reports of field sales success and communicating the Voice of the Customer (VOC) data to superiors.
