We are happy to consider FMs of a larger single site looking to make the step up to Regional.
A major Facilities Management (FM) provider are now looking for a Regional Ops Manager to manage an area in the South West, best understood between Bristol to Birmingham on a prestigious banking contract, which has just been extended for a 7 years.
This is a "TFM" contract spanning delivery withing engineering, cleaning, catering, front of house staff and some security, delivered across a portfolio of around 65 sites, which range from highstreet branches to larger corporate facilities. There is also a project function for refurb and install work.
The larger buildings are home to dedicated Facilities staff whereas, the highstreet branches are serviced by mobile teams.
Managing your own diary and days of travel actions will include:
- Manage the maintenance, repair and renewal of the structure and fabric of client buildings
- Internal and external stakeholder relationship management.
- Assessment, innovation and implementation of team synergies throughout the delivery structure.
- Ensure the service delivery meets client expectation levels through documented SLAs / KPIs and associated reporting processes.(PPM/Remedial, reactive, overdue jobs, job category analysis, regional reporting, SOR setc)
- •Supports the regional OPEX and CAPEX budgets to ensure compliance with contract requirements, limits set, approving quotes etc.
- Supports all CAPEX project delivery within the region and regularly communicates with stakeholders to advise them on progress
- Ensure financial accountability for corporate sites including controlling and managing budgets and forecast reporting
- Line Management responsibility for cleaning services in corporate sites(where Retail High Street is not providing the service)
- Sets clear objectives and strategies to ensure all clients receive consistent and first-class delivery of service, including supporting and directing the Workplace Coordinator in your corporate sites
- Responsible for auditing the quality of all services provided within your area of responsibility and tracking remedial actions to completion
- Responsible for maintaining a Building Recovery Plan for corporate sites within your area of responsibility
- Leads, develops and motivates our supply partners to deliver the service delivery expected by the client and end users
- Arrange subcontractor’s attendance for reactive works if they cannot be done by onsite engineer in manned sites, including reviewing risk assessments to ensure work is safe
- Ensure operational statutory compliance and completion of works at corporate sites in your area of responsibility, including liaising with suppliers for access for PPMs Continually review processes/ working practices and actively encourage an environment of innovation and continuous improvement, driving savings and efficiencies.
- OOH rota for escalations
- Required to be flexible to travel to branches and corporate offices as required
We need from you:
- Hard and Soft FM exposure at managerial level
- An attitude of a self starter and motivator

Salary: £45,000.00-£49,000.00 per year
