The role of the Regional Account Manager is to develop and implement comprehensive business plans which will accelerate our well being visibility and value growth across specific OOH customers and channels with tailored in outlet activation plans to enable us to become a leading brand in wellbeing drinks.
Please Note: This role is advertised on a home based contract but there will be an expectation to be at our site in Andover 1 - 2 times a month.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of customer plans to target growth from existing and new business opportunities that will deliver improved revenue, profit and brand equity
- Performance grip, forecast accuracy and analysis informing relevant and timely course correction
- Collaborative and trusting customer relationships with selected Regional wholesalers, key end user accounts and National RTM contacts
- Deliver an improved wellbeing focussed consumer experience in selected OOH Customers
- Deliver creative in outlet activation aligned to the connections strategy to support Twinings well being visibility across all channels
- Developing external relationships, prioritising the most impactful and finding opportunities to connect Twinings and customer strategies
- Driving winning new business and retaining and growing existing contracts, developing a contact and meeting plan to build customer commitment
- Identifying and implementing relevant exciting customer plans that retain a clear line of sight to the channel’s strategic aims and commercial goals
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience within a Regional Account Manager role, preferably within out of home channels
- High levels of tenacity and perseverance & demonstrates a positive growth mindset
- Commercially capable with a multi-customer view
- Numerate and good understanding of revenue management
- Great at always finding creative new ways
- Comfortable working with ambiguity
