Regional Account Manager (Central, North & West)

Salary: Up to £35K pa. + Commission Scheme

Location: Remote

Hours: Mon- Fri Full time, Perm

Holiday: 20 Days Holiday + BH

Position Overview:

Due to continued business growth and success, we are looking to appoint a Regional Account Manager to cover the Midlands, Northwest England & North Wales.

Supply of commercial Christmas lighting to local authorities ranging from city to parish councils, Business Improvement Districts, large scale private retail developments (owned/managed by LandSec, Savills etc). in the form of outright purchases, multi-year hire or hire/installation contracts.

This is an exciting opportunity that provides great opportunity, within an exciting market, for someone with the right drive and passion to succeed.

Key Objectives:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients, to include the design of lighting schemes (training provided).
  • Management of sub-contractors.
  • Principal responsibility for project management and the successful delivery of projects within agreed geographical area.
  • Maintenance of customer database utilising our HubSpot CRM package.
  • Principal lead for all formal tenders.

About you:

  • Demonstratable experience in a sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Core hours: Mon/Fri 9am – 5pm. Some flexibility will be required for travelling and to attend presentations, sales meetings etc. During the peak season, mid-October to end November, some evenings and weekend working will be required for on-site project management.
