Established in 1892, Swan Mill Paper Company is a UK leader in the manufacture and supply of quality tableware, non food disposables, environmentally friendly packaging and Christmas crackers produced under the Swantex brand as well as own label.
We are looking for an Account Manager to sell our extensive brand portfolio in the South East Region. You will be responsible for our distributor partners and some cash and carries within the territory and tasked with achieving sales, turnover and profit objectives.
To be successful in this role you will be excellent at developing relationships with both existing and current customers in order to achieve maximum distribution of our total product portfolio in this fast moving and dynamic market.
You will be able to demonstrate a strong sales background and honed negotiation skills that have helped you deliver your past successes. You will also be a strong and confident self-motivated communicator who is always pro-active and shows enthusiasm for both their customers and their products.
Ideally, you will have worked in the non food sector or have a FMCG background but primarily we are looking for someone with good selling and strong Excel skills which assist the sales process.
You should have a clean, driving license, and already live on the territory.
For the right candidate we can offer an OTE of up to �50,000 and a fully expensed company car. Additional benefits include generous holiday, a company matched pension up to 8% and subsidised private healthcare.
