Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a PPC Manager Apprentice with Black Lab Digital, a PPC, SEO and Web Agency based in Otley Leeds.
Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for a PPC (Pay Per Click) Manager that can walk the walk. Someone that, with our training, manage and improve PPC campaigns across Google and Microsoft ads. The role will cover paid search, shopping, display and remarketing, so having a solid grasp of these tools is important. However, starting as an apprentice, it’s possible you’ve not worked with these platforms before. So, we can help with the training as long as you have the right attributes.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- Learning fundamentals of Pay Per Click Advertising.
- Generating monthly reports for client.
- Analysing the PPC accounts and developing recommended changes.
- Recording key actions from client meetings and helping implement them.
- Researching keywords and search trends to be implemented into an account/ account build.
Qualifications:
5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths).
Essential:
- Must have a degree.

- Ability to focus and delve into the detail analytically.
- Able to think tactically and strategically about accounts - what do clients need? What’s going on in their industry? How can we deliver more relevant results for them? What is the data telling us?

- Holidays – at Black Lab you get 25 days plus the extra days we give at Christmas as well as Bank Holidays. Oh, and you get an extra day for your birthday. We also insist on cake for your birthday, don’t worry we’ll bring the cake and candles.

Training to be provided:
Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.
Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:
- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
