We are looking for a confident and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our Recruitment Team on a part time or full time basis, based in our Head Office. Our Recruitment team manage and promote the regional opportunities and you will assist the team in creating a smooth and transparent process ensuring candidates have a positive experience.
We have moved to a hybrid working model with a recommended 2 days in the office per week for appropriate Head Office and Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best. We feel it is important that, where possible, we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible and trust our teams to determine the right environments that work most effectively for them.
What you'll do
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the department
- Entering data into the required databases and systems ensuring this is up to date and ensuring that data protection and employment law regulations are adhered to
- Managing recruitment email accounts
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Professionally and accurately responding to inquiries from candidates and suppliers
- Preparation of recruitment reports and assessment materials
- Management of travel bookings
What you'll need
- Previous administration experience with a genuine passion for performing administrative tasks effectively, efficiently & to a high standard
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- A strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Able to use their own initiative
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A good team player with the ability to also work independently
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR environment would be beneficial
- German language would be desirable but not essential
