Overview
Our client is an innovative consultancy and leading chartered quantity surveying practice, who prides themselves in providing full oversight of infrastructure programmes all over the UK. They have been involved in many high profile projects including HS2, and offer a range of specialist services from Commercial, procurement, cost and claims management.
They are always on the hunt for talent to join their growing company, which is why they are looking for a motivated, diligent, and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.
The Role
· You will work closely with all departments/management to understand the recruitment scope, and the requirements of the business.
· Confidently manage the end-to-end recruitment process (initial contact through to placement)
· Identify, approach and attract candidates in a professional manner.
· Develop, build and manage candidate pipelines and talent pools
· Screen prospective candidates by conducting telephone interviews, video screening, obtaining and following up referencing
· Manage company Application Tracking System (ATS)
· Experience of using online recruitment platforms; LinkedIn, Job Boards
Experience and Skills
· A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in a similar role
· Knowledge of the engineering or construction sector preferable
· The ability to liaise with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
· Proactive, motivated attitude, with a confident telephone manner
· Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
· Confident written skills
You will be required to attend their London office twice a week, with the rest of the week working from home.
Starting salary: £25k
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00 per year
