We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer for a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in central London. This is a 180° role, where you will comprehensively understand the job requirements, source appropriate candidates with speed and accuracy and meet core expectations of Executive Consultants, clients, and candidates alike. As a Resourcer, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening candidates, and managing the process through to post offer. You will build strong, professional relationships with Consultants, candidates and clients and generate recruitment opportunities from candidates to bring in further business for the Team. You will: Understand how to use social media channels and job boards to source candidates. Have a winning mentality, enthusiastic approach, and desire to succeed. Have strong literacy skills, both verbal and written. Have high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task as well as administrative and organisational skills. Ideally you will have previous resourcing/recruitment administration experience. This role is extremely fast paced, supporting driven and passionate sales professionals with a wealth of experience! It will offer diversity and requires a reactive and proactive approach. Key responsibilities can change each day and you need to be willing and positive about getting involved in client research and lead generation.
