Recruitment Partner - Employability Programme (REMOTE)

Summary of role
Due to the success of our Future Skills provision, we are expanding our team by incorporating a Recruitment Partner to support our continued growth.
The Recruitment Partner is responsible for building and managing a portfolio of employers to support work placements, employment and progression opportunities for learners.
Brief summary of principle accountabilities
- Engage and strengthen employer relationships to provide quality sustainable employment opportunities, work placements and progression opportunities which match the career aspirations of Babington’s learners.
- To ensure all engagement target are hit and or exceeded and in line with KPI’s.
- Recognise opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant programmes to meet employer’s needs, collaborating with other departments accordingly.
- Maintain current and accurate contact records for all employers and learners work placements using internal CRM systems.
- Manage and provide statistical data relating to engagement activities and placement opportunities to other colleagues as required.
- Engage with a local network of referral agencies to promote and advertise employability programmes.
- Collate, present and disseminate local labour market intelligence, management information and Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), along with Combined Authorities information to maximise opportunities and inform delivery plans.

Qualifications
- Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
- Level 2 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification or willingness to acquire
Skills and Experience
- Experience of working with individuals to help remove barriers and support progression into employment, education or training.
- Ability to persuade, influence and listen to others.
- Extensive Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Customer (B2C) experience
- Experience of selling Government funded training
- Experience of delivering high level of service and satisfaction.
- Experience of successfully achieving deadlines and working without close supervision.
- Experience of liaising with employers and external agencies.
- Experience of managing databases / CRM systems for lead generation.
- Experience self-motivating to achieve KPIs and targets
- Ability to establish and maintain rapport with a wide variety of people.
- Effective negotiation skills
- Ability to network via social media and other professional platforms
- Knowledge of labour market information.
- Ability to work within a target driven environment.
- Knowledge of the Awarding Organisations, Funding Bodies and Ofsted regulatory arrangements
