Evergreen Power UK Ltd is a leading spray foam insulation and Solar PV sales and installations company. Due to incredible growth we are looking for a dedicated recruitment officer / sales trainer . We are looking for someone with the ability to recruit, train, develop and give ongoing support to sales teams while while being responsible for general staff recruitment from administration to electricians.
The successful applicant will be able to take full ownership of recruiting, sales training and development of our sales force including the induction of new starters, ongoing product and sales skills training, ensuring they demonstrate the enthusiasm and perseverance necessary to build winning teams.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Deliver sales induction programmes for sales teams supporting the early development of their career.
- Advertising , interviewing , recruiting new staff members for all departments
- Acquire and maintain outstanding levels of product knowledge and industry awareness.
- Energise the sales teams to increase their knowledge, confidence, engagement and ultimately their performance.
- Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
- Conducting skills gap analysis, developing training materials and evaluating results after each training session.
- Working closely with our sales managers to identify recruitment needs.
- Responsibility of the full training cycle from needs analysis through to training evaluation.
- Training needs analysis across the sales teams ensuring learning and development is directly aligned to strategic goals.
Requirements:
Must have proven recruitment experience
- Must excel with public speaking and in situations where you're delivering new ideas
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer at all levels
- An innovative approach and the desire to continuously improve
- Previous experience in training direct sales people
