Recruitment Officer, Lotus Home Care - Leeds Based however will support the recruitment over all branches

- Full time role - 40 hours a week

We're looking for a Recruitment Officer to support our Recruitment Manager to join our amazing lotus family .
We want you to apply if you have the following;
- Experience in screening candidates and Customer Services aswell as Recruitment
- You have a zest for life, a fantastic personality and a great phone manner.
- You're a team player, with a can do attitude, your a Driver with your own Vehicle to be able to support other branches with recruiting care staff.
- You must be Care trained and able to go out to deliver care in emergencies, be able to work every other weekend when needed and on call in emergencies.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- A customer service, call centre or recruitment background.
- Level 2 NVQ in customer service
- Office based role, will be asked to go to other branches to support, delivering occasional care when needed
- A knowledge of working in Domicilary care (Essential)
- Kind, hard working and a team player with a big heart.

Main duties of a Recruitment Officer
- Assist the Recruitment Manager with all duties in recruiting care staff across the Business
- Start-up, screening and administration of all new applicants
- Update all adverts on indeed weekly, update KPI's from all applicants daily, liase with branch deputy managers to arrange interviews
- Deliver recruitment workshops to new office management
- Support training (including recommendations for specialist courses)
- Deliver reports and findings around recruitment covering our regulations around compliance and our quality department
- Spot checks on branches and on quality of recruitment in partnership with the Recruitment manager
- Be able to support with recruitment on alternate weekends
