Recruitment Officer

Location: Southwest London (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary Range: £31,500 - £36,500 per annum

Tide Partnership are delighted to be working with a fantastic non-profit organisation based in Southwest London, in their search for a Recruitment / Resourcing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's future by efficiently managing resource allocation, addressing absence issues, improving retention rates, and filling vacancies with the right talent.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to lead on the resourcing function and take accountability for the recruitment and resourcing of the organisation to ensure staffing levels meet the organisations demands.

Job Duties include (but are not limited to)

Work closely with the wider people team and other stakeholders within the organisation to determine resourcing needs.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
Utilise data and analytics to measure and improve recruitment metrics.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Ensure compliance with legal and company hiring standards and procedures.
Keep recruitment systems up to date and provide ongoing training to users.

Job Criteria

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment methods.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR technology tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
