We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our innovative and forward thinking Recruitment Team at Northern Lincolnshire & Goole NHS Foundation Trust.
The Recruitment Team acts as a central resource for Trust wide recruitment. The successful post holder will learn all aspects of recruitment administration from advert to appointment. This role will primarily concentrate on liaising with candidates and chasing their pre-employment checks. You will also partake in the recruitment helpdesk.
We are looking for someone who is a customer focused person with excellent planning and organisational skills to join our friendly and supportive team.
We are seeking an effective communicator, who will be required to provide an efficient and effective administrative recruitment service, ensuring compliance with department procedures and safe recruitment processes.
1. Undertake the full range of administrative work in support of Trust wide recruitment in all aspects from advert to appointment.
2. Ensure all pre-employment clearances and checks are undertaken, including references, health clearance, disclosures, professional registration, right to work, as required using trac recruitment system.
3. Partake in the Recruitment Helpdesk rota.
