We currently have an opportunity to lead our global Recruitment Team working remotely from wherever you are in the UK!

The Recruitment Lead holds overall responsibility for the provision of a high quality recruitment service for Tribal’s global business, taking accountability for ensuring that the Recruitment team delivers high quality recruitment across all geographic regions (including but not limited to, the UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand). The team recruit to wide ranging roles across the organisation with a key focus upon roles in product, cloud, and professional services, but also including central services roles such as Finance, Marketing, and Sales.

In the role you will have a great deal of autonomy to lead the team across the following areas of responsibility:

  • Recruitment Delivery and Delivery Management: You will ensure that the team delivers a cost effective, high quality and prompt service. You will ensure that proactive and direct recruiting methodologies are sustained as fundamental routes for bringing Talent into the business, ensuring a great customer service throughout.
  • Recruitment Operation Management: A great recruitment team is built upon a really secure operational base. You will ensure that the team operates smoothly and effectively, to the standards required for a global technology company. Your role will provide expert knowledge of how to drive changes following appropriate measures such as quality, time and costs.
  • Team Management: We strongly believe that in recruitment we achieve as a team. As the Recruitment Lead, you will provide the coaching, support and leadership to create the culture where the team feel valued, trusted and can thrive.
  • Provision of Recruitment & Selection Expertise: we are proud that our recruitment function provides the organisation with a source of genuine recruitment expertise, understanding the internal and external labour market an supporting the business to grow.
We would like to hear from candidates who:
Are an experienced recruiter looking for the next step in their career
Experienced Recruitment Managers or Senior Talent Partners seeking to take the team to the next level
Proven ability and experience to source Talent for high risk and critical roles
Ability and experience in communicating, influencing and advising clients at all levels, including senior leadership
Strong organisation skills and experience managing workloads to meet deadlines
Have good degree of Recruitment Operations Management and processes
Have proven knowledge and expertise in encouraging EDI (equality, diversity and inclusion) for business needs
Hold track record of successfully delivering organisational change and/or business improvements, within a recruitment context.
Proven track record and experience in process and procedures management, ensuring ISO, GDPR, competencies and other governance and compliance standards are in place across all geographies
