Position This position is suitable for someone with both internal and external recruitment experience and residing in East Anglia or the South East area. Occasional travel within these locations will be required. Our Recruitment Lead will be responsible for the day to day running of the PFAS Recruitment Team and support the IPRS Group Recruitment Manager with the relationships with our Recruitment partners. They will manage operational practices and targets, whilst developing and maintaining a pro-active, engaging, and efficient recruitment service for the business. Main job duties: To lead the recruitment and onboarding of clinical and non-clinical colleagues in line with IAS, DWP and PFAS requirements. To support the Group Recruitment Manager with key relationships with recruitment agencies, and other recruiting platform (i.e., Indeed and LinkedIn), ensuring a consistent and productive working relationship. To work with the IPRS Group Recruitment Manager to agree, plan and organise PFAS attendance at appropriate Recruitment Fairs To work with the IPRS Group Recruitment Manager on the PFAS recruitment strategy, maximising all available recruitment pathways. To be responsible for driving PFAS Recruitment to meet monthly intake targets and budgets. To line manage the PFAS Recruitment Administration and Onboarding Administration team. To support the PFAS Recruitment Administration team with: CV Review, Informal Chats and Face to Face interviews To ensure colleagued onboarding is undertaken efficiently and in line with KPI's. To provide weekly and monthly management information on recruitment activity to IPRS Group Recruitment Manager & PFAS Senior Management To attend meetings as required with internal and external stakeholders, presenting on recruitment strategy and performance when requested. To undertake any other duties compatible with the grading of the post, as required.
