An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading medical school at the University of Cambridge within the HR Staff Hub Team which is part of the Clinical School HR Team. The HR Staff Hub Team provide a comprehensive central recruitment service for the School of Clinical Medicine as well as advising and supporting on HR administration, payroll and visitors queries.
Working with a number of departments across the Clinical School, you will be working in a busy role where you will be providing a professional service to deliver the best experience to candidates and our internal customers. You will be heavily involved in recruitment administration processes and will offer advice across the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes dealing with all recruitment and onboarding, related administration and documentation, payroll administration and guidance on general HR issues. We are always looking to continually improve as a team and value team members who like to share new ideas and improve ways of working.
You will have a background in recruitment or HR and will be used to working in a high paced and busy role whilst dealing with a variety of different queries. You will enjoy communicating with individuals and be the type of person who strives for a high level of quality and customer service in everything that you do. You will feel comfortable being able to plan your own workload, delegate where relevant and be happy to be a team player and contribute to the success of the team.
This is an opportunity to join a supportive team on a full time basis as well as an opportunity for hybrid working. The team is based in the Clinical School Office which is part of the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. It's an exciting time to join with key projects moving forward including a new Children's Hospital, Cancer Research Hospital as well as other Global Health initiatives.
