We are looking for an experienced recruitment specialist to join a high performing recruitment team, leading on a number of innovations at the cutting edge of NHS attraction and selection processes.

The post holder will be responsible for leading a large team of staff to deliver the Trust’s workforce and resourcing plans via a quality end-to-end resourcing services (non-medical, permanent and international) including management of the HR Administration team.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the team will be maintaining up-to-date information on vacancies to ensure that all necessary actions are taken to fill vacancies and reduce agency spend and vacancy rate
To liaise closely with services leads and be responsible for the development and implementation of a recruitment and retention strategy that enables the trust to compete successfully for shortage occupations.
The post holder will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Divisional management to establish workforce plans and support the services by leading on resourcing strategies to meet the current and projected demands.
To provide advice and guidance on recruitment and retention issues and the management of resulting actions.
