Job description
- Filtering the candidates through Indeed or any other recruitment platform and selecting the suitable candidates for an interview.
- Setting up the interview and interviewing the candidates and following up with all if needed.
- Working closely with the Care manager to ensure files are compliant with HR policies and procedures.
- Setting up and/or maintaining records/files both physically and within the HR software, ensuring data is kept up to date.
- To be responsible for independently maintaining, updating and interrogating information systems to include producing standard reports through Excel where appropriate.
- Ensuring any changes to employment are efficiently processed, such as resignations, retirements, and changes to working hours/patterns.
- To arrange the induction and training and to act as the liaison between the trainer and the candidate.
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR transactional queries within the office, providing detailed advice and guidance on HR processes and procedures, using judgment and creativity to suggest the most appropriate course of action.
- To prioritise workload and monitor the activities of all relevant HR initiatives and individual staff issues ensuring they are completed accurately and in line with deadlines.
- Collaborate with others to make recommendations for developments of established processes and procedures.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £10.42-£10.50 per hour
