Previous experience working in a HR and Recruitment environment is essential; candidates must be comfortable with data entry/system management, have an eye for detail, strong administrative experience and possess effective communication skills, written, in person and over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Taking full ownership of the core recruitment and administration process across all Retail locations. This will include screening, shortlisting, interviewing (where applicable), offers and rejections.
- Scheduling interviews, reserving meeting rooms (where applicable) and confirming Retail management availability to chair 1-2-1 and group interviews.
- Maintaining responsibility for the entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in internal systems.
- Consistently reviewing internal recruitment reports to ensure that progress is on track.
- Communicating professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Performing various administrative duties that support the People & Culture function.
It is desirable that you have experience working with HR systems and databases but essential that you have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
