Recruitment Coordinator

Your ability to spot talent, build long lasting relationships and manage multiple vacancies will help to ensure phs Group have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.

You’ll speak to candidates about their experience, book interviews with hiring managers, and ensure our candidate management system is maintained and accurate.

A day in the life of a Recruitment Coordinator at phs will involve;
- Advertising vacancies on job boards and social media.
- Use CV databases to search for difficult to find skillsets.
- Telephone screening candidates.
- Arranging interviews.
- Giving feedback after interviews.
- Creating offer letters and contracts on our candidate management system.
- Ensuring all required documentation is uploaded onto our candidate management system.
- Providing accurate data and reports as required.
The ideal candidate for a Recruitment Coordinator role at phs will have:
- Experience in a busy, volume recruitment department.
- The ability to manage a full recruitment process from vacancy going live to candidate’s first day.
- Confidence using a number of communication methods, including telephone (Teams), and email.
