About the Role

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for matching the right candidates to the right roles? We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for managing recruitment processes, we want to hear from you!

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our HR team by facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be critical in ensuring the success of our talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Post job vacancies on various job boards, our company website, and other relevant platforms.
  • Screen incoming resumes and applications, identifying potential candidates who meet the required qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability for the role.
  • Assist in the arrangement of assessment tests and coordinate with external assessment partners, if necessary.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, ensuring data integrity in our applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed by new hires.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes.

Key Experience/Skills Required

  • Previous experience in a recruitment coordination or similar role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who can also work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
