Our clients provide 24/7 support and expert training 7 days a week. Your 6-week indication allows for 1 on 1 development sessions, on the job experience and mixed group training workshops allowing you to learn whilst creating connections and friendships with colleagues.
This is NOT a call centre! Unlike most sales-based opportunities this a mature and autonomous environment. We are looking for self-starters with a genuine thirst for financial progression. Management opportunities will be rapidly available for those who can demonstrate commitment.
The role involves:
- Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone / video call.
- Sourcing and interviewing exceptional candidates on behalf of your client.
- Pitching the relevant search solution to remedy your client’s requirement.
- Managing the interview process; scheduling, feedback, debriefing.
- Negotiating terms of business and contracts on behalf of successful candidates
Recruitment is a form of sales and with sales comes rejection. The rejection in these roles is constant, if you struggle bouncing back from knock backs you will not enjoy this position. We need people who see rejection as a motivator for success. This will be an emotional rollercoaster, good days, bad days, days where you question it all…but when it goes right, it is 100% worth it!
