We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our ever-growing team here at Nicoll Curtin Technology.

We have been in business since 1999, focusing almost exclusively on FinTech, one of the fastest-growing industries of the last 15 years.

We have offices across the globe in London, Dublin, Singapore, Hong Kong, Zurich, Berlin and Belgrade and this role is an incredible opportunity to start in our Headquarters, London and then - You will have an opportunity to relocate to New York in 2024 and to help us build out a team there and to expand our business.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is keen to make a move to the USA but wants to grow their own client base before making the big move. We have sourced for US companies for the last 6 years and have established a strong client base, we are now making the next step in moving a team to New York.


Key Responsibilities

  • Win new accounts through leveraging or maximising existing or new relationships
  • Identify new opportunities through research and knowledge of the US market
  • Balance finding new opportunities with maximising existing relationships
  • Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods, using the wide variety of tools provided by Nicoll Curtin
  • All aspects of the recruitment life cycle including screening
  • Keep abreast of developments in your market
  • Role model/Ambassador for Nicoll Curtin by living our values daily

Experience

  • Previous recruitment experience is essential, ideally within the FinTech Market or sourcing for US Clients
  • Extensive experience dealing with both clients and candidates
  • Sales-driven mindset, achievement oriented
  • Independent person with good organisation skills
  • A proven track record in regards to revenue generation
  • A keen desire to relocate to New York
