Parker Smith Inclusion is an ethical, people focused recruitment consultancy completely dedicated to SEND. The business is fairly new, we opened in March 2021 (Mid Pandemic) which allowed us to dedicate our time to choosing the right people to help grow our business in the right way. We provide our clients with high quality professionals, through the use of a transparent business model, outstanding personal service and prices you can trust are ethical. Due to this specialised market and our ethical approach, we have had such demand that we have grown from a team of 2 to 13 and opened a second office in Liverpool Street in just over a year! The needs are ever growing and, as such, we need more experienced recruiters to join our friendly and dedicated team!

Your role as a Recruitment Consultant will require you to source experienced teaching and support professionals who cover these key areas:

  • Mental Health
  • Therapies
  • All areas of SEND – Autism, Moderate and Severe Learning Disabilities, Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties
  • Interventions

Your main focus will be to develop trusting and strong candidate and school relationships. PS Inclusion is dedicated to finding the perfect ‘match’ for both our clients and our candidates.

Your role as a Recruitment Consultant:

We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, who has the desire and self-discipline to achieve. No SEN or Education experience is necessary as full training will be provided however, previous experience in a similar sales role or recruitment is essential.

You will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have the confidence to negotiate and sell and have a goal-orientated approach. You will also need to be able to effectively manage your workload. The ability to learn quickly and be able to use your own initiative in a growing business is essential for this role.

As a new business, we are growing and, therefore, ambitious consultants will have management opportunities available to them.

A successful Recruitment Consultant can expect:

  • Initial base salary of up to £30,000, depending on experience. We have clear progression pathways and incremental increases based on results and time in the business.
  • Access to the Consultant Commission Scheme – We have no threshold or desk cost, you earn from the first £1! We have a consistent stream of business coming to us daily and, therefore, those who focus on doing the job well will have access to uncapped earnings!
  • 25 days Holiday Entitlement (Increased by 1 day per years completion of service – Capped at 30)

Salary: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
