IT / TECH Recruitment Consultant - DERBY - £24-£28k basic dependent on experience, plus industry leading commission scheme (to 35%) + benefits

Following more record quarters, we are looking for a number of Recruitment Consultants to join our business at our offices in Manchester, London and Derby.

Responsibilities:
- Building and placing sustainable talent pools in your specialist markets
- Business development and networking to generate new business
- The development of existing accounts and positioning Xpertise as the benchmark supplier within your accounts
- Coaching, mentoring, motivating and training of staff with commitment to best practice of systems, processes and procedures
What are we looking for?
- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant
- A demonstrable record as a successful billing 360 consultant
- A demonstrable track record of winning & delivering new business across a vertical market
- Authentic, honest approach with colleagues, candidates and clients.
