Position Details: As a Veterinary Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for matching veterinary nurses and surgeons with rewarding locum roles. Build and maintain a robust locum bank while delivering exceptional customer care. This phone-based role demands exceptional communication skills. As the industry leader, you won't need to engage in business development.
- Full-Time, Permanent Position
- Monday to Friday (Weekends Free!)
- Competitive Basic Salary: £24,000 to £27,000 per annum (based on experience)
- Commission Rates: Up to 20% of billings
- On Target Earnings: £90,000+ per annum (with uncapped bonuses)
