Supporting the rail team you will be helping fill signalling and electrification roles that have been brought in by their business development teams.
They are happy to look people from all sectors of recruitment
They have a self-management system, with no active consistent KPI’s in place, giving you the freedom to succeed in how works best for you, meaning no KPI’s on sending 20 CV's a day etc!
You will also have 6 months to settle and find your feet before you will be actively targeted.
The business has a well-developed progression system based on gross profit performance.
They also own several training solutions businesses that can fully train and upskill candidates for hard to fill roles with one of their clients and is of the only recruitment businesses that can offer this type of solution.
You will also initially be given some existing clients and roles to work with to get a feel for recruitment and build your confidence.
The successful candidate will have current experience recruitment role in a recruitment agency and used to soucing candidates via LinkedIn etc
They are prepared to pay a base salary of £23,000 - £28,000, with a realistic first year OTE of £50,000 with the total package being uncapped, along with all the usual executive benefits, including:
