Driver Require is looking to expand their Dartford branch team with a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to work alongside our Branch Manager and established Senior Consultant. We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate experience of successfully running a busy recruitment desk, you will be confident in building strong working relationships with your clients whilst developing and overseeing the maintenance of a quality candidate pool. You will be personable, confident and thrive on the day-to-day branch objectives and challenges. Alongside this, you will be responsible for ensuring your desk meets all regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards. Paying up to £30,000 per annum with a potential on-target bonus of £5,000 per annum (payable monthly).
360 Recruitment Consultant Role Salary/On-Target Package:
· Base salary of up to £30,000 per annum, depending on your experience and proven skill set
· On-Target Bonus of £5,000 per annum, paid at 100% if you meet agreed expectations for the role
· Quarterly Supplementary Bonus paid at the Branch Managers discretion that is a proportion of the Gross Profit generated by your branch above a pre-agreed threshold
360 Recruitment Consultant Role/Requirements:
- You will support the branch recruitment and shift placement operations
- Once you have mastered the operational roles you will be given the opportunity to develop new business, helping to grow our multi-client A-Z portfolio
- Previous sector knowledge is preferred however training will be provided
- You will be a professional operator with high integrity and always demand the highest standards
- Working hours are 40 hours/week during the office hours of Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30, taking a share of the on-call duties outside of office hours and weekends when required
