About being a Recruitment Consultant
Join our #OneBlueFamily at our well-established Blue Arrow branch based in our Edinburgh to grow a new desk supplying temporary staff into Public Sector clients across 6 frameworks.
There is massive scope to build this new desk across all sectors, with warm sales leads and opportunities across six different public sector frameworks.
As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace blended working and offer our people the freedom to work a hybrid pattern working. In Edinburgh you will be in the office for 2 days a week (on a Tuesday and Thursday) working with the team and the rest from home (following the initial training period).
We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to switch off.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include:
- Proactively developing new business by identifying and establishing client relationships across 6 x Public Sector frameworks
- Cold desk with a lot of scope and warm leads to allow you to grow your desk across all sectors
- Business to business sales and marketing activities
- Outbound sales calls and working to targets
- Attending client meetings
- Building your team of Flexible Employees
- Sourcing, interviewing and recruiting temporary staff across all of our sectors
- Building relationships with your clients and candidates
- Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
About You:
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will have great relationship building and business to business sales skills with the ability and drive to develop a new desk OR you can join us if you have a strong sales background as a Trainee Recruitment Associate.
