Key Responsibilities:
· To build, manage and grow Client relationships and add value to the Client proposition offering
· To deliver superior service every time to both Clients and Candidates
· To fulfil Client briefs in a timely and cost-effective manner
· To identify, attract and engage candidates to fulfil specific business briefs and requirements
· To proactively track and continuously manage the journey of a candidate/customer
· To identify new business opportunities for the business through leads
· To contribute to the strategic direction of the business through identifying and creating commercial ‘recruitment solutions’ for major business wins
· Identify and maximise new business opportunities in existing clients and leverage all commercial opportunities across major key accounts
· To achieve specific new business targets and growth goals
