Contract - 6 Months
Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week
£153.85 p/d PAYE / £200 Umbrella
Remote working but occasional travel to Slough

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a fantastic role within our P&O function, playing a pivotal role in owning and creating an exceptional company and recruitment experience for our candidates and hiring managers, by supporting the coordination and execution of the Talent Acquisition process across all segments and functions in the UK. More specifically, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support job posting, contract and new starter documentation/processing, assessment scheduling, interview logistics, pre-boarding and handover to MyP&O. Alongside this, the TAC serves as a subject matter expert on a number of topics regarding hiring and acquisition, including working closely with the MyP&O Transaction Centre, Talent Mobility team, AR team and many other stakeholder groups.

Alongside this, the TAC serves as a subject matter expert on a number of topics regarding hiring and acquisition, including working closely with the MyP&O Transaction Centre, Talent Mobility team, AR team and many other stakeholder groups.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Serve as a first point of contact to prospective candidates throughout the requisition process, building a strong employer reputation throughout the recruitment process
- Driving assessment scheduling (both candidate and interviewer), providing all necessary information to all involved in advance of the interview (schedule, additional application requirements, etc.)
- Creation of new hire documentation (contracts, offer letters) and ownership of due diligence in Right to Work checking, followed by full pre-boarding and handover process to MyP&O
- Own follow up to candidate questions and support candidate communications over the course of the recruiting process
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate suggestions to the team, supporting cross country and segment country TA harmonisation and standardisation to ensure that the global recruitment process is deployed in alignment with local legal requirements
- Work closely with recruitment team to enhance candidate experience through the recruitment process
- Effectively use all Talent Acquisition systems, tools, and programs provided by the global Talent Acquisition CoE to ensure alignment with company strategies and roll-up into Talent Acquisition metrics W
