As a key member of our recruitment management team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering recruitment services to meet the specific requirements of our customers whilst ensuring that new colleagues joining our business have a seamless recruitment experience.

You will act as the primary point of contact for the aligned directorates and business areas, addressing their recruitment needs and providing comprehensive support and advice.

Your overall objective will be to ensure new colleagues are successfully joining aligned business areas, effectively meeting defined operational requirements. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to establish strong and effective collaborator relationships at all levels. Excellent communication skills are also essential as you will be responsible for engaging and influencing your key partners at every level.

You will play an active part in contributing to local governance meetings related to resource delivery within the aligned areas, providing valuable insights and contributing to strategic decision-making. Identifying and resolving any live risks and issues will also be a crucial part of your role, alongside proactive risk management.

With a comprehensive view of recruitment across all teams and processes, you will be integral to delivering operational excellence and driving continuous improvement and positive change to ensure a great candidate experience.
