Job description

We are seeking a passionate, motivated and entrepreneurial candidate to join its Recruiting Team in Europe as a Recruitment Assistant. This is a full-time role based out of Dalberg’s London office. You will report into the Recruitment Lead and will be a crucial team member to support and coordinate the day to day running of our Recruitment function. We are looking for someone who can calmly juggle multiple tasks that will range in intensity and priority and can exercise excellent judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team for scheduling of interviews between candidates and Dalberg interviewers for lateral and campus hiring
  • Provide support to the recruitment lead with managing day-to-day recruitment activities
  • Coordinate with the global recruitment team to support on global webinars, manage outreach material to upload and publish across all social media platforms
  • Deltek Talent queue management for interview scheduling, feedback calibration and offer generation
  • Record, maintain and analyze recruitment data to report on key trends and apply the same in refining the recruitment processes
  • Update and maintain Dalberg Europe’s screening tools and online recruiting portal on a daily basis
  • Assist with planning and executing campus recruitment events with key universities and manage university partnerships, outreach and logistics processes
  • Coordinate with the campus team to plan and execute the Analyst internship programme including posting on target university job portals
  • Provide support for campus recruitment colleagues as required for scheduling, cv screening, logistics and holiday cover for team members when required

Other

  • Support business needs and ad hoc requested as needed.
  • Provide HR and office admin support to Ops team

Who are you?

You are a compassionate professional who has a strong attention for detail and consistently delivers high-quality work while nurturing an inclusive team, and a positive and entrepreneurial office environment. We are looking for a someone who is highly organised and who is able and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.

  • 3 years work experience, with at least 1 year in recruitment; campus recruitment focused experience is preferred
  • Post-high school education and/or relevant training or experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal communication) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail and strong follow through
  • Proficient with various Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and experience or ability to learn various HRIS/talent management tools
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast paced environment, with a can-do attitude
